Way back when we first bought the house, we realized that it was just too small for us to raise a family in. It was barely big enough for the two of us. So we immediately began thinking about remodeling.
The plans finally came together in the last couple of years. We drew them up and submitted them to the city last April. After some revisions, they were finally approved and we started the project in September 1997.
The first thing we had to do was to remove the old garage.
